Baldur\u2019s Gate 3 is very quickly becoming one of the biggest RPGs of the current era.<\/p>\n
The gameplay, story and epic world \u2013 brought to life by its talented voice cast<\/a> \u2013 are captivating gamers across the globe.\u00a0Well, PC gamers.<\/p>\n When the Dungeons & Dragons-inspired sequel first dropped, PC was the only available platform on which to play it. So, will console owners ever get the chance to explore the exquisite newly realised Faer\u00fbn?<\/p>\n PlayStation<\/a> owners are in luck, because it\u2019s dropping on the PS5 on 6th September this year. Not long to wait at all.<\/p>\n But what about Xbox? Owners of Microsoft\u2019s console have been kept in the dark for a while, but we\u2019re excited to inform you that good news dropped this morning.<\/p> \u00a0<\/p>\n Larian Studios have now confirmed that\u00a0Baldur\u2019s Gate 3 will be coming to Xbox<\/strong>. We suspected as much, but didn\u2019t expect the release to come until 2024. Things are now looking more imminent.<\/p>\n Larian Studios\u2019 CEO Swen Vincke tweeted yesterday that the game will be arriving, albeit without co-op split screen on the Series S:<\/p>\n All improvements will be there, with split-screen coop on Series X.
