Kylie will host an evening of music and questions at the Royal Albert Hall in December. <\/p>
ITV has announced that Kylie Minogue will host an evening of live music to be broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX later this year.<\/p>\n
An Audience with Kylie<\/a> will feature \u201csensational live performances\u201d, while the pop icon will also answer questions from the floor posed by specially invited VIP guests including celebrity superfans.<\/p>\n It will see the Australian star perform beloved numbers from throughout her career \u2013 including both early classics and more recent songs, such as this year\u2019s smash-hit chart-topper Padam Padam.<\/p> The event will take place at the Royal Albert Hall on Friday 1st December with several A-listers expected to be in attendance, and tickets are set to to on sale from Friday 8th September.<\/p>\n It is the latest revivial of ITV\u2019s long-running An Audience with\u2026 format, which most recently saw Adele<\/a> host a hit show at the London Palladium in November 2021.<\/p>\n The format was first launched in 1978 with a series of six shows fronted by comedian Jasper Carrott, and has since seen a number of big names take to the stage for one-off performances \u2013 including Victoria Wood, Shirley Bassey, Sir Cliff Richard and Take That.<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n Kylie herself previously hosted a version of the show back in 2001, making her one of few headline stars to be invited back for a second time.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m so excited to announce that I am teaming up with ITV for An Audience with at London\u2019s iconic Royal Albert Hall!\u201d she said in a statement.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ll be performing some of my favourite tracks from throughout my career and no doubt answering some surprising questions from the audience.
