The French thief intends to pull off his biggest stunt yet in Lupin’s third outing. <\/p>

\u201cBeing robbed is an unpleasant experience. I want to spare you the shock,\u201d warns Omar Sy\u2019s Assane Diop in the trailer for Lupin<\/a> part 3.<\/p>\n

The Netflix<\/a> hit is set to make a comeback in October, with the new trailer released by the streamer teasing what\u2019s in store for France\u2019s wiliest gentleman thief.<\/p>\n

This time, he has his eye set on a well-guarded black pearl, and he even goes as far as to give its owner a heads-up before he makes his play.<\/p>\n

Perhaps that\u2019s a key part of the plan. You never know when it comes to the Ars\u00e8ne Lupin fan.<\/p>\n\n<p>Despite proving he wasn\u2019t a murderer in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiotimes.com\/tv\/drama\/lupin-part-2-ending-explained\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">part 2\u2019s ending<\/a>, Assane was still very much wanted by the French authorities, but it looks like he wasn\u2019t on the run for long before he got lured back to Paris \u2013 and trouble.<\/p>\n<p>As well as hinting at the thief\u2019s next \u201cbig stunt\u201d, the trailer also gives us a glimpse of who else is in on the action, and that of course\u00a0includes Assane\u2019s long-suffering partner in crime Benjamin (Antoine Gouy).<\/p> <p>Assane\u2019s on-again off-again girlfriend Claire (Ludivine Sagnier) and their son Raoul (Etan Simon) are back, too, and it looks like the family dynamics are as complicated as ever.<\/p>\n<p>More so, even, since the trailer also seemingly introduces Assane\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n<p>Up until this point, we had been led to believe both Assane\u2019s parents were dead, with his mother not featuring in the series\u2019s previous flashbacks.
