Tonight is the night: Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins<\/a> returns with a fresh batch of A-listers taking on gruelling challenges designed to test both their physical and mental limits.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins line-up<\/a> includes the likes of BMX racer Shanaze Reade, Atomic Kitten\u2019s Kerry Katona, X Factor singer Jake Quickenden and former professional footballer Kieron Dyer.<\/p>\n

Despite the extreme environment they were in, it has been revealed Kieron managed to pull off a prank on his fellow contestants that had them in tears.<\/p>\n

\u201cI made Jake cry as well, which probably won\u2019t get aired, but I like that one, when I tricked him,\u201d Kieron told Metro<\/a>. \u201cHe cried like a baby.\u201d<\/p>

The former England footballer went on to explain that he pretend to quit the show.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cI took off my armband and pretended I was quitting \u2013 told all the contestants in the barracks, I said, \u2018I\u2019ve had enough, I\u2019m out of here.\u2019 And they obviously took it literally.<\/p>\n

\u201cShanaze came and gave me a big hug, and Jake started crying, and then I had to get my armband and put it back on and say, \u2018I\u2019m only joking\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kieron doesn\u2019t think the moment will make the final cut when the first episode airs tonight (Sunday 29th August), but it\u2019s nice to see he managed to bring a bit of levity to the camp, which is set up in the Scottish Hebrides.<\/p>\n
