Adam Thomas will soon be taking to the Strictly Come Dancing stage, hoping to put smiles on the faces of his loved ones as he puts on his dancing shoes each weekend.<\/p>\n
While winning the show is an opportunity everyone would love, for Adam, that isn\u2019t his main priority. Thomas is looking forward to his family cheering him on each Saturday night and having the times of their lives.<\/p>\n
Adam Thomas<\/a> will be competing alongside the likes of Ellie Leach<\/a>, Jody Cundy CBE,<\/a>\u00a0Bobby Brazier<\/a> and others in a truly dazzling celebrity line-up<\/a>.<\/p> In an exclusive chat with RadioTimes.com<\/a>, Adam Thomas revealed his brothers, wife and children will be supporting him each weekend.<\/p>\n \u201cThey\u2019re rooting for me. And then having them in the audience on a Saturday night cheering me on would just be the icing on the cake for me. And I think that\u2019s why I\u2019m doing it,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n He continued: \u201cWe go on this journey, but also my family is going on this journey with us. Especially my kids and my wife, as long as they\u2019ve got a smile on the face, every Saturday night, I\u2019ve done my job. As long as I can make my kids happy, that\u2019s all that matters to me.\u201d<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ahead of the live shows, Thomas has been training with the cast, something he admits has been \u201ctough\u201d amidst his rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis.<\/p>\n The actor admitted there are some things in training he can\u2019t do as it brings him pain.\u00a0\u201cI\u2019ll be honest, its impact is already here. It\u2019s difficult, you know, there\u2019s some stuff that I can\u2019t necessarily do. Stuff that I\u2019m in pain doing,\u201d he told RadioTimes.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cI think since January, there\u2019s not been a day that I\u2019ve woken up without being in pain \u2013 as drastic as it sounds, it\u2019s the truth.
