For the season finale of the Radio Times Podcast<\/strong>, Kelly-Anne Taylor is joined by restaurant critic and MasterChef<\/a> regular Grace Dent<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Grace is the host of the chart-topping podcast Comfort Eating \u2013 in which she invites celebrity guests to talk about their lives through the prism of food.<\/p>\n

Now, she gifts us a book \u2013 Comfort Eating: What We Eat When Nobody\u2019s Watching \u2013 which, as well as talking about everyone\u2019s favourite foods, delves into Grace\u2019s own life.<\/p>\n

In this episode, she speaks about how writing the book \u2013 after the passing of her mother \u2013 wasn\u2019t cathartic, but like picking a wound. Plus, she discusses the pressures placed on women to look a certain way, why Grace has ditched the booze and how an oversized TV had to be scrapped.<\/p>\n
