The new season of Call the Midwife<\/a> is set to take viewers (and the Nonnatus House nurses<\/a>) on a special journey out of Poplar.<\/p>\n

Revealing a sneak peek at the upcoming 13th season of the hit series, the show\u2019s official Twitter (which has recently rebranded as X) account shared a glimpse of what fans can expect with a surprising picture.<\/p>\n

The image in question features Nurse Crane<\/a> (Linda Bassett) and Miss Higgins (Georgie Glen) brave the seaside elements, helping a heavily pregnant woman make her way across the sand.<\/p>\n

Sharing the post on their official Facebook account<\/a> also, the show revealed more \u2013 and said that the away day from east London will come in episode 5 of the 13th season.<\/p>\n
