It’s time to gear up for the fifth and final season. <\/p>

It\u2019s nearly the time for comedy fans to bid farewell to BBC sitcom Ghosts<\/a> as it\u2019s set to air its fifth and final season this October.<\/p>\n

The new series will see Alison (Charlotte Ritchie<\/a>) and Mike (Kiell Smith-Bynoe) \u201ccontemplate a new chapter that could have a huge effect on the Ghosts\u2019 (after) lives\u201d.<\/p>\n

And from the first look of the series, it very well seems as though some major change is on the horizon.<\/p>\n

In the new trailer for the series, the short\u00a0clip opens with haunted homeowner Alison telling Mike that \u201clife\u2019s about to change\u201d. What comes next is both a montage of chaos and \u201ca harmless bit of fun\u201d, according to Pat (Jim Howick).<\/p>

We soon see that the couple\u2019s claim of a fire at their guest house is being investigated, prompting some very surprised looks from the couple.<\/p>\n

Julian (Simon Farnaby) aptly says \u201cgoing out with a bang\u201d and it certainly seems that way as the group of Ghosts close their eyes waiting for the clock to strike midnight.<\/p>\n
