The veteran broadcaster wowed the panel once again with her Foxtrot to Frank Sinatra’s You Make Me Feel So Young. <\/p>
Last week, Angela Rippon<\/a> wowed Strictly Come Dancing<\/a>\u00a0fans with an\u00a0incredible high kick<\/a> at the end of her Cha Cha Cha \u2013 and tonight the legendary broadcaster dazzled the judging panel once again with another impressive routine.<\/p>\n Angela \u2013 who at 78 is the oldest contestant in Strictly history \u2013 danced the foxtrot to You Make Me Feel So Young by Frank Sinatra and received some brilliant comments on her way to a score of 31.<\/p>\n Anton Du Beke called the performance \u201cdreamy\u201d and \u201cgorgeous\u201d while Craig Revel Horwood said that it was \u201cabsolutely extraordinary.\u201d<\/p>\n He added that Angela and her professional partner Kai Widdrington made \u201can absolutely brilliant partnership.\u201d<\/p> Meanwhile, Motsi Mabuse was also effusive, saying: \u201cAngela watching you, you forget what\u2019s going around in the world, you forget absolutely everything \u2013 it\u2019s just the goosebumps.\u201d<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n She continued: \u201cBeautiful dancing, beautiful footwork, beautiful arms \u2013 it\u2019s just so, so charming.\u201d<\/p>\n And Shirley Ballas said that \u201cof the whole evening your frame is the best\u201d adding that Angela showed \u201cthat dance has no age limit\u201d and that she was \u201cabsolutely fantastic.\u201d<\/p>\n Angela\u2019s score of 31 puts her in joint third place on tonight\u2019s leaderboard<\/a> and gives her a combined score of 59 from weeks one and two, putting her comfortably in the top half ahead of the public vote.<\/p> \n
