The MAFS UK bride breaks down in the tears during the latest commitment ceremony. <\/p>
As the second commitment ceremony commences on Married at First Sight UK<\/a>, Laura is left in tears after reliving the moments of Luke calling her a \u201cgold digger\u201d.<\/p>\n During last night\u2019s (Tuesday 3rd October) episode, viewers saw tensions rise during the dinner party when Laura called out Luke for his comments, saying he was \u201cdisrespectful\u201d.<\/p>\n As Luke voiced his opinion, Laura shut him down and said: \u201cI have never once in my life needed a man to pay for anything. It was f***ing painful to hear when I have actually been used in the past for that myself. I actually paid for my last wedding, so if I am a gold digger then I am definitely doing it wrong.\u201d<\/p> In an exclusive clip for tonight\u2019s episode (below), viewers see Laura break down in tears as she explains to the experts why Luke\u2019s comments affected her so much, even more so as she was on her own due to Arthur feeling unwell.<\/p>\n \u201cI just think it\u2019s really lazy to label a woman a gold digger. I think it\u2019s offensive and I feel like I\u2019ve got a lot of heat from Luke,\u201d she told the experts.<\/p>\n Continuing on why she found the dinner party difficult, Laura said: \u201cFinancial things are so sensitive to me because I inherited my money from my dad. My dad is no longer with me. So to be accused of looking for money in another man is so upsetting.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s just such a lazy narrative to call a woman who is strong, intelligent and speaks a certain way \u2018stuck up\u2019, and I\u2019m bored of it. I\u2019m bored of having to try and prove people wrong just based on how I talk.\u201d<\/p>\n As the camera pans outwards, viewers can see the reactions from the other brides and grooms, with some nodding in agreement and others shaking their heads.<\/p>\n How will Luke react?
