With just weeks to go until his official screen debut as the Fifteenth Doctor in Doctor Who<\/a>, Ncuti Gatwa is celebrating his 31st birthday today \u2013 and fans are celebrating with him.<\/p>\n The Sex Education<\/a> star, whose casting as the Doctor was announced back in May 2022, will first appear on the long-running sci-fi show later this year, following on from David Tennant\u2019s Fourteenth Doctor<\/a>, whose run will be made up of three 60th anniversary specials.<\/p>\n With the star celebrating his birthday today, fans have taken to Twitter to offer their best wishes, with one saying<\/a>: \u201cHappy Birthday to our wonderful Doctor, Ncuti Gatwa. <\/span>The loveliest man you could ever meet and he\u2019s going to absolutely smash it in the role.
