It\u2019s only been a year since the last Dragon Ball instalment with Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, but in terms of series, we\u2019ve gone a whole five years since the end of Dragon Ball Super the series, having concluded on 15th March 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since then, Dragon Ball fans have been clamouring to know more about a potential new direction for the series, and recently, all the Dragon Ball social medias have been teasing a big reveal at New York Comic Con.<\/p>\n

Finally, on Friday 13th October 2023<\/strong>, a brand new Dragon Ball series, Dragon Ball DAIMA was revealed to the world and not only included the title logo but also a fantastic teaser trailer as well,\u00a0and\u00a0<\/em>we even got a little hint at its release date.<\/p>\n

At the official Dragon Ball panel at the 2023 New York Comic Con, it was officially revealed that Dragon Ball DAIMA was not only in the works, but also that we won\u2019t have to wait long for its release either.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Dragon Ball fans have a release window to be thinking about every day from now until\u00a0autumn 2024 <\/strong>\u2013 until we hear more, there will no doubt be endless speculation on what specific day the release could fall on.<\/p>\n

Who\u2019s in the Dragon Ball DAIMA cast?<\/h2>\n

The cast for Dragon Ball DAIMA is still somewhat unknown \u2013 in a rare move, the reveal of Dragon Ball DAIMA surprised even some of the cast members who were there, including Q&A moderator Monica Rial better known as Bulma\u2019s voice actress.<\/p>\n

So, although even some of the cast aren\u2019t sure (or are keeping coy) over who will be in the show, here\u2019s who we could expect:<\/p>\n

    What is the plot of Dragon Ball DAIMA?<\/h2>\n

    While there aren\u2019t too many details about the plot for Dragon Ball DAIMA, franchise creator Akira Toriyama explained what fans can expect below from the unexpectedly pint-sized heroes: \u201cDue to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are turned small. In order to fix things, they\u2019ll head off to a new world!<\/p>\n

    \u201cIt\u2019s a grand adventure with intense action in an unknown and mysterious world. Since Goku has to make up for his petite size, he uses his Nyoibo (Power Pole) to fight, something not seen in a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n
