Fans can expect to see some new faces in the Repair Shop workshop this year. <\/p>
The Repair Shop\u2019s Jay Blades has said that fans can expect to see a few new experts in the show\u2019s famous barn this year.<\/p>\n
Speaking to\u00a0RadioTimes.com<\/a> in an exclusive interview ahead of his new show Jay\u2019s Yorkshire Workshop, Blades said that there\u2019ll be a few new faces joining The Repair Shop cast<\/a> on the upcoming series.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019ve got new experts and new challenges for not only the new experts but the old experts as well,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cI think, for me, The Repair Shop<\/a> is kind of like this evolving Repair Shop that needs to bring in new blood. I\u2019m not saying I\u2019m getting rid of the old experts, but I\u2019m saying I love to bring in new ones.\u201d<\/p> The TV presenter went on to tease the series to come, revealing that the cast and crew gave \u201c65 per cent more\u201d for the upcoming episodes.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat I do every year is I ask the crew in front and behind the camera is, \u2018Can you five me 50 per cent more?\u2019 Luckily, they\u2019ve been able to give me about 65 per cent more for this new series. It is amazing. Just wait till you see it.<\/p>\n \u201cIf you think it\u2019s good now, we\u2019ve got it even better. Even I\u2019m blown away by what I\u2019ve seen come into the barn. It\u2019s just like, \u2018Are you joking?\u2019<\/p>\n \u201cAnd then we push the experts as well.
