The veteran actor was spotted in the audience supporting his friend. <\/p>
Harry Potter and Doctor Who<\/a> star David Bradley was in the Strictly Come Dancing<\/a> audience to cheer on Nigel Harman<\/a> tonight \u2013 and received a sweet tribute from his friend.<\/p>\n The pair have previously starred alongside each other on both stage and screen, including on the Sky comedy-drama Mount Pleasant and an episode of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip in 2018.<\/p>\n And after Bradley was spotted beaming in the audience during Nigel\u2019s Foxtrot, Claudia Winkleman asked the star about his friend\u2019s support.<\/p> \u201cYour great friend David Bradley is in the audience, I was watching him watching you going, \u2018what\u2019s happened to my friend?’\u201d Claudia said as the cameras focused on the actor.<\/p>\n And Nigel responded: \u201cHe\u2019s a wonderful part of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans watching at home were also happy to see Bradley in the crowd, with one fan writing on X (formerly Twitter) \u201cDavid Bradley<\/span> in the strictly audience is iconic actually\u201d and another adding \u201ctotally into David Bradley<\/span>\u2018s cheerleader era.<\/span>\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n And one fan even joked that Bradley should be booked for the 2024 season of Strictly, writing: \u201cLove seeing <\/span>David Bradley<\/span> in the <\/span>#Strictly<\/span> audience. Sign him up for next year!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n Nigel and his professional partner Katya Jones went on to score 29 points for their routine despite being criticised by the judges for a stray kick \u2013 getting an eight from Anton DuBeke and seven marks a piece from the other three judges.<\/p>\n That\u2019s four points less than they managed last week but Nigel was clearly still delighted with the score, jumping up and down and joking to Claudia that \u201cI think we should go wrong more often.\u201d<\/p>\n He added: \u201cDefinitely, I think it\u2019s the way forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Nigel has emerged as one of the frontrunners for the Glitterball trophy in the early weeks of the competition, topping the Strictly Come Dancing leaderboard<\/a> in the first week and finishing in second place last week.<\/p> \n
