Over the years, James Bond<\/a> has appeared across multiple different forms of media in countless iterations. However, arriving on Prime Video<\/a> this November is something entirely new.<\/p>\n

The first James Bond inspired reality TV show, 007: Road to a Million<\/a>, will debut on Prime Video on Friday 10th November, starring Brian Cox as The Controller, who will be setting contestants both physical and mental super-spy style challenges, as they hope to win \u00a31 million.<\/p>\n

Some might think that, should the show be successful, the team behind the Bond film franchise will look to double down on new reality shows and other spin-offs. However, Bond producer Gregg Wilson has suggested this will not be the case.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the launch of the new series, Wilson said: \u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s going to usher in a new era of Bond spin-offs, but I think if audiences like this as much as we think they will, we\u2019re excited to get cracking on season 2.\u201d<\/p>

So there we have it \u2013 don\u2019t expect the Bond cinematic universe any time soon, but perhaps do expect a second season of the new reality format.<\/p>\n
