Ncuti Gatwa has received nothing but praise since being announced as The Fifteenth Doctor, so it is no surprise that he blew everyone away when filming the sci-fi series.<\/p>\n

In an interview with GQ Magazine<\/a>, Gatwa teased that the first scene he filmed as the Doctor is a \u201cpivotal point\u201d in the new series.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe final scene in episode five. People will remember that scene,\u201d he told the publication.<\/p>\n

He explained that he remembered thinking at the time: \u201cYou have to dig deep and pull out something that will blow everyone on this set away \u2013 and I bloody well did.<\/p>\n

Ncuti Gatwa\u2019s Doctor<\/a> is expected to debut during the 60th anniversary specials, with him expected to takeover as the new Doctor in season 14. Filming has already began for a 15th season.<\/p>\n

The dates for the 60th anniversary specials were announced last month<\/a>, which will feature David Tennant\u2019s Fourteenth Doctor.<\/p>\n
