New Zealand play Sri Lanka in Bengaluru, with a win for the Black Caps securing them a place in the semi-finals.<\/p>\n

This is, in effect, a quarter-final for the Black Caps. There is a world where they can lose and still make it through, but it\u2019s not one they\u2019ll want to rely on, with a win for either Afghanistan or Pakistan in their final group matches meaning they will advance instead of them.<\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t have to be this way for the Kiwis. Four wins from their first four matches meant they had one foot already in the next round, but four losses on the bounce has led to a high-pressure encounter against a Sri Lanka team who have suffered a poor tournament and won just two matches.<\/p>\n
