23 years after the original film, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget arrives on our screens this December. <\/p>
As we draw near to the end of the year, there\u2019s still an impressive slate of movies to land on our screens \u2013 and many are counting down the days until Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget comes to Netflix<\/a> this December.<\/p>\n We\u2019ve had character posters<\/a>, a villainous return confirmed<\/a> and a teaser clip \u2013 but now, we finally have an official full trailer.<\/p>\n Released today (Wednesday 15th November), the trailer gives us a proper look at the film, which picks up from the original that came out a staggering 23 years ago.<\/p>\n The new release follows the freshly-freed chickens as they join forces to bring down Mrs Tweedy\u2019s (Miranda Richardson) high-security nugget factory.<\/p>\n In the video, we\u2019re introduced to Thandiwe Newton and Zachary Levi as the new voices of Ginger and Rocky, and see how they\u2019ve cultivated a peaceful new life for themselves after the events of the first movie.<\/p> But all is not peaceful for long, as Ginger and Rocky\u2019s daughter, Molly (Bella Ramsey), starts asking questions about what awaits them further afield. \u201cYou\u2019ve got everything you want right here,\u201d Ginger tells her daughter.<\/p>\n But Molly won\u2019t take no for an answer and runs away from the island, encountering a colourful truck whose driver quickly snatches Molly and takes her to the nugget factory with other chickens.<\/p>\n Along with her family and friends, Ginger sets out to find her daughter, and there\u2019s only one way they can do it: by breaking into<\/em> the chicken factory.<\/p>\n Watch the trailer for yourself below.<\/p>\n
