The time slot for the second Doctor Who 60th anniversary special<\/a>, Wild Blue Yonder, has been confirmed.<\/p>\n

Wild Blue Yonder will air on Saturday 2nd November<\/strong> on BBC One and BBC iPlayer at 6:30pm<\/strong>, so Whovians can now add this to their calendars and prepare for a \u201cdark\u201d and \u201cweird\u201d special episode, as teased by showrunner Russell T Davies<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Davies previously hinted at what\u2019s to come in the second episode, and suggested that \u201cit\u2019s kind of scary\u201d.<\/p>\n

Speaking at a Q&A following a screening of The Star Beast, Davies said: \u201cThe next one is called Wild Blue Yonder, where the TARDIS goes further than ever before \u2013 and it\u2019s weird, the next one, it\u2019s kind of scary.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not super scary, it\u2019s just weird,\u201d he continued. It\u2019s genuinely weird, it\u2019s really nice \u2013 that stretched the whole design team as to how to make it and how to get this stuff on screen.<\/p>

The 60th anniversary specials have been all anyone can talk about in recent weeks, and it will see David Tennant and Catherine Tate reunite for three episodes of Doctor Who goodness.<\/div>\n
