Rocky franchise producer Irwin Winkler has confirmed that Michael B Jordan will return to direct Creed 4, as per Deadline<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the Deadline Contenders event, Winkler also confirmed that the movie will go into pre-production a year from now.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re planning to do Creed 4 right now, and we have a really good story, really good plot,\u201d Winkler said.<\/p>\n

The producer, who worked on all three Creed films and five Rocky films, noted that he is \u201cnot supposed to say\u201d but that Jordan \u201cwill be\u201d returning to direct the fourth instalment.<\/p>\n

The Creed team is planning to go into pre-production \u201cabout a year from now\u201d, according to the producer, after having to put production on hold due to the WGA strike, which has since reached a deal.<\/p>\n
