The next 60th anniversary special looks set to leave viewers spooked. <\/p>

Doctor Who has unveiled a mysterious and unsettling teaser for its next episode, following the broadcast of tonight\u2019s The Star Beast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wild Blue Yonder \u2013 written by showrunner Russell T Davies \u2013 promises to take the Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna (Catherine Tate) \u201cfarther than ever before\u201d.<\/p>\n

Speaking at a Q&A following a screening of The Star Beast, Davies said: \u201cIt\u2019s weird, the next one, it\u2019s kind of scary. It\u2019s not super scary, it\u2019s just weird.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new teaser isn\u2019t giving much away \u2013 we see the TARDIS duo land aboard what appears to be a deserted spacecraft, only to detect life signs\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat are they?\u201d asks a petrified Donna, as she and her best friend appear to be cornered by an unseen menace\u2026<\/p>\n
