The Harry Potter star won’t be hosting ITV’s Tenable for the next few episodes. <\/p>

Since its 2016 debut, Tenable has become a staple of daytime TV, with Warwick Davis as the sole presenter.<\/p>\n

This year, however, his presenting duties on the ITV quiz show were split, with Coronation Street actress Sally Lindsay stepping in throughout the week.<\/p>\n

Fans will have noticed Lindsay has continued to present the show throughout the summer, with Harry Potter star Davis noticeably absent from the series, which airs at 3pm on weekdays.<\/p>\n

So, why isn\u2019t Davis hosting the upcoming episodes of Tenable? And where is he?<\/p>\n

Why is Warwick Davis missing from Tenable?<\/h2>\n

Tenable\u2019s long-time host Warwick Davis will be sharing his presenting duties from now on, with Coronation Street<\/a> and Mount Pleasant star Sally Lindsay fronting 25 episodes of the ITV game show.<\/p>\n

As for why Davis is no longer Tenable\u2019s sole host, Lindsay recently explained: \u201cThe demands of his workload meant that he wasn\u2019t able to record every show in the series.\u201d<\/p>\n

And Davis added on Twitter that he was currently in pre-production for another project \u2013 quite possibly the upcoming Willow\u00a0 TV series \u2013 which explains his absence.<\/p>\n

Alongside his television presenting career, Davis is an accomplished actor, having starred in the Harry Potter franchise, several Star Wars films and sitcom Life\u2019s Too Short. He is set to star in an upcoming sequel to Ron Howard\u2019s dark fantasy film Willow<\/a>, which was announced for Disney Plus last year.<\/p>

Actress and TV presenter Sally Lindsay will be the show\u2019s interim host for the next 25 episodes, with the Coronation Street star\u2019s Tenable debut airing today at 3pm on ITV.<\/p>\n

Best known for playing Shelley Unwin on Coronation Street, Lindsay has starred in a number of series, including Mount Pleasant, Scott & Bailey, Still Open All Hours and more recently, Channel 5 drama Intruder<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She revealed that Davis gave her advice prior to filming Tenable, adding: \u201cHe said just be in tune with the people, it is the public who make this show what it is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lindsay will continue to host the series throughout April and into May, and it is not yet clear when the current series will finish.<\/p>\n
