With the Doctor Who<\/a> Christmas Day special fast approaching, details of what to expect from the sci-fi\u2019s new era are beginning to emerge.<\/p>\n The Church on Ruby Road<\/a> will properly introduce audiences to Ncuti Gatwa<\/a>\u2018s much-awaited Time Lord. He\u2019ll be joined by new companion Ruby Sunday, played by Millie Gibson<\/a>, with the BBC revealing the pair will be up against \u201cmythical and mysterious goblins\u201d.<\/p>\n Returning showrunner Russell T Davies has been careful not to reveal too many details \u2013 a move that paid off in the most recent 60th anniversary special, Wild Blue Yonder<\/a>.
