David Tennant is set to star in a modern-day Jekyll and Hyde series titled Hide \u2013 and he\u2019ll be joined in the cast by his wife and Staged<\/a> co-star Georgia Tennant.<\/p>\n Described as \u201ca Jekyll & Hyde tale by way of a conspiracy thriller\u201d, Tennant stars as a disgraced journalist who finds himself looking into a story that he reckons could put his career back on track.<\/p>\n Things don\u2019t quite go as planned though, and he soon finds himself on the run from some sinister enemies who are desperate to silence him.<\/p>\n According to the synopsis, while he\u2019s on the run \u201ca serious accident has an extraordinary side effect, and he realizes there are monsters in the world \u2013 and he may be one of them.\u201d<\/p>\n As reported by Deadline<\/a>, David Tennant \u2013 who will also executive produce the series \u2013 said, \u201cOne of my earliest jobs was playing \u2018first policeman\u2019 in a BBC radio adaptation of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.<\/p>\n \u201cI read the book many years ago and I\u2019ve been fascinated with this character for as long as I can remember.
