Strictly Come Dancing star Bobby Brazier is reportedly in the running for a major new gig, which would also involve his father, Jeff, and younger brother, Freddie.<\/p>\n
The EastEnders breakout star recently wowed viewers of the BBC\u2019s long-running dance competition, going all the way to the final with professional partner Dianne Buswell \u2013 but losing out on the trophy to Ellie Leach<\/a> and Vito Coppola.<\/p>\n Nevertheless, the experience proved to be great exposure for the young talent, who won Rising Star at this year\u2019s National Television Awards<\/a>, with The Sun<\/a> reporting that the BBC has approached him for another prominent reality show.<\/p>\n The tabloid claims that Bobby and his family will participate in the next season of Celebrity Race Across the World<\/a>, which is expected to premiere in 2024.<\/p> An insider said: \u201cBeing in the audience almost every week on Strictly has certainly helped to raise the profile of Jeff. Bobby\u2019s done wonders for the Brazier name and it seems producers want to get in on the action as soon as possible.<\/p>\n They continue: \u201cIt\u2019s a bit of a coup to have got on Celebrity Race Against the World, as it turned out to be one of 2023\u2019s biggest telly hits.\u201d<\/p>\n RadioTimes.com<\/a> has approached the BBC for comment.<\/em><\/p>\n Bobby\u2019s father will be well-known to some viewers from his TV presenting work on This Morning and the Postcode Lottery, while 19-year-old Freddie has kept a lower profile up to now.<\/p>\n If the trio do decide to take part in the demanding reality series, they\u2019ll be vying to topple reigning champions Alex Beresford<\/a> and his dad, Noel, who managed a last-minute victory in the first celebrity edition, which aired this year.<\/p>\n Bobby recently told Heat Magazine<\/a> that he planned to return to EastEnders as Freddie Slater sometime after the Strictly Come Dancing live tour.<\/p>\n Celebrity Race Across the World is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
