The first Hawkeye trailer introduces Hailee Steinfeld’s Kate Bishop, “the world’s greatest archer”. <\/p>
\u201cThis holiday season,\u201d teases the first Disney Plus Hawkeye<\/a>\u00a0series trailer, \u201cthe best gifts come with a bow.\u201d\u00a0Ideally, one wielded by Avenger Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner), or his prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld).<\/p>\n The epic first trailer for the upcoming six-part series teases what\u2019s in store for the unusual pair, and it looks like Hawkeye\u2019s dark past as Ronin \u2013 the ruthless killer persona he adopts after losing his family in Avengers: Endgame \u2013 will catch up with him.<\/p>\n And, in a move that sets the series apart from its predecessors, which include WandaVision<\/a> and Loki<\/a>, it looks like Hawkeye will lean into its seasonal release date, with the hero\u2019s main goal being to get home in time for Christmas. Which, judging by the trailer, looks like it will be quite the challenging. Take a peek for yourself.<\/p>\n\n As well as a glimpse at the explosive action, the trailer also teases what appears to be a Captain America-themed musical (Rogers: The Captain America Musical) and a first glimpse at Vera Farmiga (The Conjuring) as Eleanor, Kate\u2019s criminal mother and the series\u2019 rumoured villain.<\/p> Some faces, however, are missing from the footage, including Florence Pugh\u2019s. Pugh will be reprising the role of Yelena Belova for the series, which was hinted at in the Black Widow post-credit scene<\/a>\u00a0when Yelena was told Hawkeye was responsible for Natasha Romanoff\u2019s death.<\/p>\n There has also been speculation that Vincent D\u2019Onofio\u2019s Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, from the Daredevil Netflix series will also make an appearance but, should this be true, we doubt he\u2019ll appear in any of the trailers leading to Hawkeye\u2019s November release.<\/p>\n Hawkeye will be released on Wednesday 24th November 2021 on Disney Plus<\/a>. <\/strong>Looking for something else to watch?
