It\u2019s been seven years since Pok\u00e9mon Go made its way to mobiles around the world and, still, millions are checking in every day to update their Pok\u00e9dex. January is set to be no different, with plenty of new and returning creatures appearing.<\/p>\n

Having been downloaded well over one billion times, developer Niantic has continued to introduce new content over the years by rolling out new generations of Pok\u00e9mon, hosting monthly community days and generally providing plenty of activities to keep players busy.<\/p>\n

Kicking off with New Year\u2019s 2024 and supposedly leading into the mysterious Taken Treasures event, Pok\u00e9mon Go has a jam-packed month. There\u2019s even the chance to catch some legendaries and some Mega Evolutions with limited-time raids. For instance, if you\u2019ve been trying to get an Ampharos with long luscious hair, then you\u2019re in luck.<\/p>\n

To make things easier, we\u2019ve broken down all of the major events and happenings due to take place in Pok\u00e9mon Go for January 2024. Head below for all the details and dates.<\/p>\n

Lots of Pok\u00e9mon Go events are due to take place in January, giving players plenty of opportunities to pick up some of their favourite pocket monsters.<\/p>\n

    As always, Pok\u00e9mon Go will host a number of 5-star raids throughout the month of January. The featured Pok\u00e9mon this month include:<\/p>\n

    • Pheromosa \u2014 1st to 10th January<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Tornadus \u2014 10th to 17th January<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Thundurus \u2014 17th to 24th January<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Londorus \u2014 24th to 31st January<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      On top of this, three Mega Raids will take place in January 2024. These include:<\/p>\n
