With a number of game show revivals hitting our screens recently, fans have called for ITV to bring back Golden Balls.<\/p>\n
The show, which ran between 2007 and 2009 hosted by Jasper Carrott, saw contestants attempt to convince their fellow players they had the most money in their balls in an effort to get to the final round, where two contestants could choose to either split or steal the overall prize money for themselves.<\/p>\n
In an exclusive RadioTimes.com<\/a> poll, users of X, previously known as Twitter, said they would want ITV to bring the show back \u2013 although it was far from unanimous.<\/p>\n Of the respondents to the poll, 50.7 per cent said they would like to see a revival, while 49.3 per cent disagreed.<\/p>\n I absolutely loved this game. The tense, drama and slight arguments about Split \/ Steal made the great quiz. Shame ITV didn’t keep making more. I wonder who they’ll have to host it? Jasper Carrot doesn’t do much TV anymore.
