The new season is set to air at some point in 2024. <\/p>
Last week, Netflix confirmed that Squid Game<\/a> season 2 would be released at some point this year<\/a> \u2013 and now, the streamer has released some intriguing first-look footage from the follow-up.<\/p>\n A short 18-second clip \u2013 which is scored by ominous music \u2013 sees a man with dyed-pink hair walking through what looks to be an airport as he receives a phone call.<\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019ll regret your decision,\u201d he is told, which makes him stop in his tracks.<\/p>\n We then cut to another angle and see that the man in question is none other than the first run\u2019s main character Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) who responds to the threatening caller: \u201cI will find you, no matter what it takes.\u201d<\/p>\n Of course, fans of the first run will note that this seems to pick up very shortly after the end of the first run, when Gi-hun \u2013 and his newly-dyed hair \u2013 was seen turning away from a plane to LA to confront those trying to recruit new players for Squid Game.<\/p>\n Introducing the very first look at SQUID GAME SEASON 2.
