The BBC has released its first trailer for bold new drama The Way<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Created by Michael Sheen, James Graham and Adam Curtis, the three-part series tells the story of a family caught up in a civil uprising in their small industrial town.<\/p>\n

The 40-second trailer shows the Driscoll family flee their hometown as they escape the country they\u2019ve called home and risk it all, not knowing what the future may hold for them.<\/p>\n

The trailer features a vast array of actors who all star in the series, including Sheen (Good Omens<\/a>) as Denny Driscoll, Callum Scott Howells (It\u2019s A Sin) as Owen Driscoll and Steffan Rhodri (Men Up) as Geoff Driscoll.<\/p>\n
