Iconic ’90s pop group Steps are the latest band to get their own musical on the UK stage. Here\u2019s how you can get tickets to Here and Now in Birmingham this winter. <\/p>
If you\u2019re a fan of the jukebox musical then we\u2019ve got something to get your heartbeat going. This winter, beloved \u201990s pop group Steps are joining the likes of ABBA, Tina Turner and Take That, as a musical featuring their best hits is premiering on the UK stage.<\/p>\n
Here and Now will debut at Birmingham\u2019s Alexandra Theatre this November, featuring the very best music from Claire Richards, Faye Tozer, Ian \u2018H\u2019 Watkins, Lee Latchford-Evans and Lisa Scott-Lee.<\/p>\n
Audiences can expect a range of the band\u2019s biggest tracks such as Stomp, Better Best Forgotten, Last Thing On My Mind and Chain Reaction. Plus, an emotional story centred around \u201cfriendship, romance and community\u201d which follows the workers and shoppers of a seaside supermarket.<\/p>\n
The musical has been produced by theatre company ROYO, pop legend Pete Waterman, and Steps themselves, who said: \u201cWe\u2019ve been lucky to do many things together as a band, but the question we get asked again and again is \u2018where is the Steps musical?\u2019 Well\u2026it\u2019s finally here and we couldn\u2019t be more excited.\u201d<\/p>\n
