Pearl Jam are heading to London, Manchester and Dublin this summer \u2013 here’s how you can get tickets. <\/p>
We may only be two and a half months in 2024, but it\u2019s already been a busy year for Pearl Jam. The Seattle rockers have already detailed their 12th studio album Dark Matter in January and premiered the title track on 13th February. Now they\u2019ve announced their Dark Matter world tour starting in May.<\/p>\n
As well as travelling to countries like Canada, Spain and Australia, Pearl Jam will be hitting up the UK and Ireland in June 2024, playing shows in London, Manchester and Dublin with support act, former The Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft, confirmed for London and Dublin.<\/p>\n
The world tour will follow hot on the heels of the Dark Matter album, which is due to be released on Friday 19th April.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s something a little different about this tour, however: the band have asked fans to pre-register for the tour ticket sale in an attempt to crack down on bots and ticket touts. This strategy has previously been used by artists such as Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo to ensure that tickets go to true fans of their music.<\/p>\n
Since forming in 1990, Pearl Jam have dominated the alternative rock world. Now, 30 years later, members Jeff Ament, Stone Gossard, Eddie Vedder and Matt Cameron continue to receive critical acclaim and commercial success.<\/p>\n
