After plenty of fan speculation and anticipation, Good Omens<\/a> season 2 delivered the moment that so many had been waiting for, when Crowley finally revealed romantic feelings for Aziraphale.<\/p>\n

The moment came near the end of the season finale, as Aziraphale tried to convince Crowley to join him in running Heaven, restored as an angel.<\/p>\n

Crowley refused and told Aziraphale that \u201cwe could have been us<\/em>\u201c, before passionately kissing him. Following the kiss, Aziraphale told Crowley that he \u201cforgives him\u201d.<\/p>\n

Fans have talked about this moment non-stop since it aired, but one person whose thoughts we hadn\u2019t yet got were Tennant\u2019s himself \u2013 until now.<\/p>\n\n<p>In a Q&A answering reader questions for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/culture\/2024\/feb\/15\/david-tennant-kissing-michael-sheen-doctor-who-baftas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Guardian<\/a>, Tennant was asked what it was like kissing Sheen for the scene, and who enjoyed it more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiotimes.com\/tv\/sci-fi\/david-tennant-doctor-who-end-of-story-newsupdate\/\">David Tennant says Doctor Who special is \u201cvery much the end of the story\u201d<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiotimes.com\/tv\/drama\/michael-sheen-the-way-trailer-newsupdate\/\">Michael Sheen in first look at gritty new drama The Way<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He responded: \u201cWho enjoyed it the most? Presumably Michael was thrilled. How could he not be?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut it was another day at work. The most difficult bit was other people\u2019s awkwardness. We thought it was quite fun, so it was fine. He\u2019d brushed his teeth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Of course, season 3 has now been confirmed by Prime Video, so there could well be some more scenes of a similar nature on the way\u2026<\/p> <p>Speaking on the show being renewed for season 3, creator Neil Gaiman, who also co-wrote the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Good-Omens-Neil-Gaiman\/dp\/0552159840\/?tag=radtim0b-21&ascsubtag=radiotimes-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"sponsored noopener noreferrer\">book on which the series has been based<\/a> with the late Terry Pratchett, said: \u201cI\u2019m so happy finally to be able to finish the story Terry and I plotted in 1989 and in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTerry was determined that if we made Good Omens\u00a0for television, we could take the story all the way to the end.<\/p>\n<p>[squirrel-affiliate-playlist squirrel_playlist_id=\u201d609\u201d \/]<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeason 1 was all about averting armageddon, dangerous prophecies, and the end of the world. Season 2 was sweet and gentle, although it may have ended less joyfully than a certain angel and demon might have hoped.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow in season 3, we will deal once more with the end of the world. The plans for armageddon are going wrong. Only Crowley and Aziraphale working together can hope to put it right.
