The story focuses on relations between employees at the Port Talbot Steelworks and the management, and is releasing at a time when, just last month, it was announced that two of the Steelworks\u2019 blast furnaces will be shut down<\/a>, costing up to 2,800 jobs directly and potentially many more in the local community.<\/p>\n One of the stars of the series<\/a>, Steffan Rhodri, spoke with RadioTimes.com<\/a> and other press about the series, and addressed the timely nature of the show\u2019s release, and how it resonates even more deeply given the news.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cJust in terms of the<\/span> actual news of Port Talbot, as I\u2019m sure you\u2019re aware, in that sense it resonates very deeply.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s not a kind of guilt, but a sort of sense of responsibility as well that the<\/span>re\u2019s going to be increased interest in this story, because of the<\/span> news, which we didn\u2019t know when we made it.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued: \u201cAnd in a sense, it\u2019s easy to go, \u2018Oh, it\u2019s going to be more interesting.\u2019 But I think we all feel a connection with the <\/span>place where we made this.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t feel good about that, because the<\/span>se are real people\u2019s lives, and the<\/span>se are people that we worked with, and amongst.
