Silence on the Beach? <\/p>

With hundreds of Doctor Who<\/a> scripts being released<\/a> on the BBC\u2019s Script Library, fans are discovering never-before-seen moments, including one glorious scene between David Tennant\u2019s<\/a> Tenth Doctor and Catherine Tate\u2019s Donna Noble.<\/p>\n

The script for season 4, episode 8, titled Silence in the Library<\/a>, reveals a full deleted scene showing the Doctor prattling on about the best beaches in the universe before he gets called to the library (where he would go on to meet Alex Kingston\u2019s River Song<\/a> and encounter the Vashta Nerada).<\/p>\n

The scene takes place inside the TARDIS<\/a>, with the Doctor declaring: \u201cBeaches! People never stop loving beaches!\u201d\u00a0 before telling Donna about a beach with \u201cintelligent sand\u201d.<\/p>\n

It all sounds lovely \u2013 until he reveals that the beach in question dissolves all living matter into a protein slime when it gets hungry once a year.<\/p>\n
