Helldivers 2 \u2013 the sequel to 2015 top-down shooter Helldivers \u2013 released earlier this month for PlayStation 5 and PC. Despite the genre changing to third-person, it\u2019s received a fairly warm reception<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, players might soon lose their patience with the game due to a recent ubiquitous error message.<\/p>\n

Many Helldivers 2<\/a> players are being faced with the words \u201clogin limit reached\u201d as they try to play. It appears, as you\u2019d expect, when we try to log in for online play. And it\u2019s been appearing across both platforms<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So what does it mean, and is there anything we can do about it?<\/p>

If you\u2019re faced with the \u201clogin limit reached\u201d error message as you try to play Helldivers 2, you\u2019re probably wondering what it means. Does it mean you\u2019ve tried to login too many times?<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry, because the fault is not on your end. It\u2019s the servers.<\/p>\n

Helldivers 2 has blown up since its release, and the number of gamers trying to play had exceeded the expectations of developers Arrowhead Game Studios. It even overtook Palworld on the Steam top sellers list.<\/p>\n

Hopefully it\u2019ll be sorted soon, but for now the only tactic is to close the game and try again. It\u2019s a pain, but you\u2019ll get through eventually!<\/p>\n
