Is there an unhappy ending on the way for Whit? <\/p>

There\u2019s a landmark week of episodes coming up on EastEnders<\/a> for Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) and Zack Hudson (James Farrar).<\/p>\n

Monday 4th March\u2019s episode, which is set across five weeks in a twist for the genre, shows Whitney and Zack visiting Bianca (Patsy Palmer) in Milton Keynes.<\/p>\n

There, they meet two children, Britney and Taylor, who have troubled lives and, as a result, become implicated in Whitney\u2019s life.<\/p>\n

McGarty has opened up about the episodes to press including RadioTimes.com<\/a>, explaining what it was like working with Palmer again, and why it\u2019s a week of deceit for Whit.<\/p>\n

This week, Whitney visits Bianca in Milton Keynes following her split with Terry. How has it been working with Patsy Palmer again? <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s like I\u2019ve gone back in time. I feel sixteen again. It\u2019s been really nice working with Patsy, she hasn\u2019t changed a bit! She\u2019s got that LA, Malibu glow about her and she\u2019s bought that to EastEnders. Those episodes are going to give the audience a reminder of Whitney and Bianca\u2019s relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n

How did you react when you found out she would be coming back?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWell, Patsy texted me and said \u2018Guess who\u2019s coming back\u2019 and I screamed and I said to my mum, \u2018oh my God, oh my God, I think Patsy\u2019s coming back to EastEnders\u2019. We were both really excited and couldn\u2019t wait to start.\u201d<\/p>\n

The first episode of this week follows a slightly different format, doesn\u2019t it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe first episode is going to cover five weeks of storyline, as we see what\u2019s happened to Whitney while she\u2019s been away from the Square.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bianca is ecstatic about Whitney\u2019s pregnancy but she makes it clear she doesn\u2019t want Sonia to know. Why is this?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhitney doesn\u2019t want Sonia to know about the pregnancy because when Sonia unfortunately had a negative pregnancy test at the start of the year, Whitney was pregnant at that time and didn\u2019t tell her.<\/p>\n

\u201cSonia is so desperate for a baby and Whitney feels incredibly guilty about getting pregnant naturally while Sonia is going through IVF. She just wants Sonia to be happy and she feels really guilty.\u201d<\/p>

Not long after her arrival in Milton Keynes, Whitney becomes worried about a girl from Bianca\u2019s estate called Britney. Can you explain what happens?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cBritney is a young girl who lives on Bianca\u2019s estate with her mum Keeley. Keeley hasn\u2019t been looking after her at all and Whitney feels incredibly sorry for her. She tries to help her, and wants to take her under her wing. Britney reminds Whitney of herself at that age.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whitney decides to intervene by reaching out to Britney\u2019s school. What does she discover?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhitney finds out that Britney\u2019s mum Keeley has been sent so many letters [about Britney\u2019s attendance] and that Britney hasn\u2019t actually gone to school for a long time, so Whitney is quite angry about that and wants to help.\u201d<\/p>\n

Whitney reasons enough is enough and has showdown with Britney\u2019s mum Keeley, but this leads to chaos as Whitney is hit by a car when chasing Britney. What happens?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cKeeley, Whitney, Bianca, Zack and Sonia all go head-to-head, but Britney gets caught in the middle of it and ends up running away. Whitney runs after Britney because she wants to look after her and make sure she\u2019s safe, and Britney and Whitney have a heart-to-heart but it all ends in tears. It\u2019s chaos.\u201d<\/p>\n

How was it filming the stunt scenes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s my favourite thing to do. I just absolutely love doing stunts. All the stunt guys and women on this show always try and pull me back a little bit because I\u2019m always saying \u2018can\u2019t I just do that\u2019 as I\u2019m desperate to do stunts when it\u2019s safe for me to do them. It was really fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Whitney regains consciousness and the baby is fine, but she arrives back to Milton Keynes to discover Britney\u2019s parents have been arrested. What does she decide?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cBritney\u2019s got no one to look after her now, so Whitney thinks \u2018it must be me, I\u2019ll look after her\u2019. Zack calls the social services and Whitney asks the social workers to let her look after Britney temporarily as she is a foster carer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zack heads back to Walford without Whitney. Do you think there are cracks starting to show in their relationship? <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cDefinitely. Zack is so annoyed with Whitney. Obviously Zack was fostered so he has an understanding, but he\u2019s just so concerned about this baby that he goes back to the Square without Whitney and Whitney makes Britney her main priority instead of Zack, which is quite sad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Can you give us three words to tease what\u2019s to come for Whitney in the coming weeks?<\/strong><\/p>\n
