Amy Dowden\u2019s Dare to Dance is returning for its second season this Friday, and this time some of Amy\u2019s Strictly Come Dancing<\/a> friends are joining in the fun.<\/p>\n

In an exclusive clip from the first episode of season 2, Dowden is seen surprising the star of this week\u2019s show, north Wales firefighter Richard, by bringing along Graziano Di Prima to rehearsals.<\/p>\n

Dowden\u2019s plan is to teach Richard how to perform lifts in his routine, and Di Prima is more than happy to demonstrate.<\/p>\n
