Hairy Bikers co-star Ki Sing said Myers died “peacefully at home” on Wednesday. <\/p>
Dave Myers, who was best known as one half of the motorbike-riding and TV cooking duo Hairy Bikers<\/a>, has died at the age of 66.<\/span><\/p>\n His co-star Si King announced the news in a statement on social media, writing<\/a>: \u201c<\/span>Hi everyone, I\u2019m afraid I bear some sad news.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n He continued: \u201cMost of you will know Dave has been fighting cancer for the past couple of years.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cLast night, on 28th February 2024, with Lili, Dave\u2019s wife, his family, close friend David and myself by his side, he passed away peacefully at home.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAll who knew Dave are devastated at his passing. His beloved wife brought him such happiness as did her children, Iza and Sergiu who Dave loved like his own.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cPersonally, I am not sure I can put into words on how I feel at the moment.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cMy best friend is on a journey that for now, I can\u2019t follow. I will miss him every day and the bond and friendship we shared over half a lifetime.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI wish you god\u2019s speed brother; you are and will remain a beacon in this world.
