The rebooted show kicked off on Monday 4th March, with the housemates being announced live. One of those stars is Levi Roots, who many will remember for appearing on an episode of Dragons\u2019 Den in 2007.<\/span><\/p>\n Since then, Roots has gone to open several Caribbean restaurants while his famous Reggae Reggae sauce has been stocked in multiple supermarkets and online stores.<\/span><\/p>\n So, who exactly Levi Roots? And who will he spending what could be up to the next three weeks with?<\/span><\/p>\n Here\u2019s everything you need to know.<\/span><\/p>\n Age:\u00a0<\/b>67<\/span><\/p>\n Job:<\/b> Businessman and chef<\/span><\/p>\n Instagram:\u00a0<\/b>@official_levi_roots<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n Levi Roots, real name Keith Valentine Graham is a British-Jamaican musician, chef, business man and television personality.<\/span><\/p>\n He was born in Clarendon, Jamaica and moved to the UK at the age of 11.<\/p>\n In terms of his music, Levi Roots has performed with American singer James Brown and reggae artist Maxi Priest and was a friend of Bob Marley when he resided in the UK.<\/p>\n He rose to fame after appearing on the BBC\u2019s Dragons\u2019 Den in 2007, where he gained \u00a350,000 funding from Peter Jones\u00a0and\u00a0Richard Farleigh for his Reggae Reggae sauce.<\/p>\n Following his appearance on the BBC show, Sainsbury\u2019s\u00a0announced that they would be stocking the sauce in 600 of their stores.<\/p>\n Roots\u2019 first London restaurant, the Papine Jerk Centre, was on the Winstanley Estate in Battersea, Clapham Junction from 2010-2012.
