With Trixie and Matthew\u2019s relationship in limbo<\/a> following the Call the Midwife season 13 finale \u2013 despite tying the knot<\/a> just eight months ago \u2013 the next season of the drama can\u2019t arrive quickly enough.<\/p>\n

As is tradition, season 14<\/a> should arrive on our screens in January 2025 following the annual Christmas episode \u2013 and in exciting news, the cast will be heading back into production very soon.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe begin filming at the<\/span> end of April,\u201d Georgie Glen (Miss Higgins<\/a>) told RadioTimes.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The actor went on to say that she was \u201cso looking forward to going back, not least because it\u2019s an actor with a job on the<\/span> horizon, but also because it\u2019s such wonderful company\u201d.<\/p>\n

Glen added: \u201cTo know we\u2019re all going to reunite again, it\u2019s lovely. And the<\/span>re were a few cliffhangers at the<\/span> end of the <\/span>episode, various othe<\/span>r storylines, and who knows where the<\/span>y\u2019re going to go.\u201d<\/p>\n
