The Love Is Blind<\/a> season 6 weddings are finally here, with the remaining couples making their way down the aisle.<\/p>\n

One of those couples is Amber \u2018AD\u2019 Desiree and Clay, who instantly hit it off in the pods.<\/p>\n

They managed to move past a little love triangle involving AD, Matthew and Amber<\/a>, and it was clear that their connection was still apparent in real life.<\/p>\n

Like some of the other couples, they had a few bumps along the way as Clay shared his worries around commitment, having witnessed his father cheat on his mother during their 24-year marriage.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, these two seemed determined to make it work, and had blessings from both their families.<\/p>\n

But did they make it down the aisle? And are they still together today?<\/p>\n

Amber is a 33-year-old real estate broker. She joined the show in the hopes of finding a forever type of love that stems from a \u201csoul connection\u201d, as she believes she has wasted enough time on men who haven\u2019t been ready to commit.<\/p>\n

\u201cTiming just has not been on my side,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019ve always been ready, and then I meet people who are either halfway ready, or lie to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the centre of her dream marriage is respect and friendship, as she is \u201cnot going to sacrifice [her] integrity for love\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cI stand strong in the things that I believe. I\u2019m a strong, proud Black woman and these are things that I just will not bend on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clay is a 31-year-old entrepreneur.<\/p>\n

He describes himself as a \u201cvery vulnerable\u201d guy who is ready to put the effort in the love. \u201cI got myself a house. I got myself a good job,\u201d he said. \u201cThis is the moment where I\u2019m ready.\u201d<\/p>\n

Did Love Is Blind\u2019s AD and Clay get married?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Unfortunately not<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

While AD said \u201cI do\u201d at the altar, Clay couldn\u2019t commit, saying: \u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s responsible for me to say \u2018I do\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

He thanked her for the time they\u2019d spent together, and insisted that he wasn\u2019t ending things but that he couldn\u2019t say yes because he had more \u201cwork\u201d to do on himself before being \u201c100 per cent\u201d ready for marriage.<\/div>\n

\u201cI want you to know that I\u2019m rocking with you,\u201d he explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

As AD began to get emotional, he asked her, \u201cWhy does it matter with the timing?\u201d at which point she walked off with her mum and sisters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She gave his mum a hug before leaving and retreated to her dressing room, where she broke down in tears, saying: \u201cI\u2019m just so upset! I\u2019m just so confused. F***ing idiot! <\/span>I\u2019m just never enough!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Her sisters tried to reassure her, and back at the wedding, Clay had serious conversations with his mum and dad. He then went to visit AD and told her that seeing her upset was hurting him.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat am I supposed to do now?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou think I\u2019m leaving you?\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Clay then told her that he didn\u2019t want to commit to something after two weeks when he wasn\u2019t ready, and that he still wanted them to be together, go to therapy and do the work to get to that point.<\/p>\n

Are Love Is Blind\u2019s AD and Clay still together?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It\u2019s not known if Clay and AD continued dating after the show<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While Clay mentioned that he still wanted to work on things, at the end of episode 12 AD shared her thoughts on this.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t see myself continuing to date him\u2026 You don\u2019t want to pick me, somebody else will. I\u2019m done! My heart is like completely broken,\u201d she said before getting in her car home.<\/p>\n

Both Clay and AD appear to be following each other on Instagram, so it seems they\u2019re still cordial.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re both expected to be at the Love Is Blind season 6 reunion airing on Wednesday 13th March.<\/p>\n
