Subscribers to Uber\u2019s membership scheme Uber One will now be able to access a free year of Disney Plus<\/a>, the company has announced.<\/p>\n The deal will allow customers to save \u00a379.90 on an annual Disney Plus Standard plan, giving them access to the streamer\u2019s extensive library, which includes the full suite of Disney, Marvel and Star Wars content alongside a huge range of films and TV shows from 20th Century Studios, Hulu and FX.<\/span><\/p>\n Recent additions to the streamer include Yorgos Lanthimos\u2019s acclaimed film Poor Things,<\/a> which won four Oscars at this year\u2019s Academy Awards<\/a>, Taylor Swift \u2013 The Eras Tour<\/a> (Taylor\u2019s Version), and the ongoing FX drama Sh\u014dgun<\/a>.<\/p>\n Uber One first launched in 2022, and combines benefits and discounts across both Uber Eats and Uber.<\/p>\n Since its launch, it has amassed over one million members in the UK.<\/p> Luke Bradley Jones, the General Manager of Disney Plus EMEA said that the partnership was part of a strategy to \u201cbroaden the reach of Disney Plus to a wider audience\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cThrough our collaboration with Uber Eats and participation in the Uber One program, even more customers across the UK have the opportunity to enjoy streaming world-class entertainment, including award-winning and critically acclaimed exclusive original series, blockbuster movies, and binge-worthy shows,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n Meanwhile Maya Gallego Spiers, the head of marketing UKI at Uber and Uber Eats, said: \u201cUber One saves members on the things that matter most to them, whether it is going places, eating food or watching stuff and it\u2019s already being enjoyed by over 1 million people.<\/p>\n \u201cThis new opportunity with Disney Plus will give our customers even more reasons to sign up to Uber One.\u201d<\/p>\n [squirrel-affiliate-playlist squirrel_playlist_id=\u201d611\u2033 \/]<\/p>\n You can <\/strong>sign up to Disney Plus from \u00a34.99 a month<\/a><\/strong> now.\u00a0<\/strong>Looking for something to watch?
