The Lancashire queen is set to cause a stir on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season three. <\/p>
A new batch of queens are about to enter the Werk Room for season three of RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race UK<\/a>, and we hear there\u2019s lots of surprises on the way, with one of the queens making a particularly shocking entrance in the first episode.<\/p>\n Ahead of the new series,\u00a0Veronica Green<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 who returns to the series this year after having to drop out last year due to COVID \u2013 hinted that fellow queen\u00a0Charity Kase<\/a> arrives in quite a \u201ccontroversial\u201d way.<\/p>\n Asked who surprised her most, she told press including RadioTimes.com<\/a>: \u201cI\u2019ll tell you who took me by surprise \u2013 Charity Kase! Talking controversial queens, Charity Kase shocked me with her entrance. I can\u2019t wait for you to see!\u201d<\/p> Kase is a 24-year-old drag queen from Lancashire who aims to break beauty stereotypes with her unique look.<\/p>\n \u201cMy name comes from my ability to craft stuff on a very low budget and transform the grotesque to glamorous and maybe be both at the same time!\u201d she said in her promotional video.<\/p>\n So, we\u2019re guessing her entrance might have something to do with her eccentric drag style.<\/p>\n As well as Kase, Green says she was taken aback by Victoria Scone<\/a>, who is the show\u2019s first cisgender female queen.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen the gorgeous Victoria Scone walked in, I was absolutely amazed and I\u2019m so happy to share this experience with her because I knew her before the show and I know how talented she is,\u201d she said. \u201cSo, when she walked in I was shocked because I was petrified because she\u2019s so talented!\u201d<\/p>\n RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race UK series 3 starts on BBC Three and iPlayer on Thursday 23rd September at 7pm.
