“I take things from set. I see things, I take them…” <\/p>
Jonathan Ross is back with another star-studded line-up on his couch this weekend, and featuring alongside him is Doctor Who<\/a> star Billie Piper<\/a>.<\/p>\n During the episode, Piper looks back on her acting career, including some items she took from the sets she has worked on over the years \u2013 including the TARDIS!<\/p>\n When asked if she had ever taken anything from set, the actress admitted: \u201cI take things from set. I see things, I take them\u2026 Loads of things; rings, costume jewellery.<\/p>\n \u201cI actually have a whip and some underwear from Secret Diary of a Call Girl.\u201d<\/p>\n Piper then opened up about her time on Doctor Who, in which she portrayed Rose, the companion to the Ninth and Tenth Doctor.<\/p>\n \u201cI took loads of stuff from the TARDIS, the main central console,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n Piper is set to star in Netflix\u2019s highly anticipated movie, Scoop<\/a>.<\/p>\n Based on Sam McAlister\u2019s memoir, Scoops: Behind the Scenes of the BBC\u2019s Most Shocking Interviews<\/a>, the new film takes viewers on a journey of the now infamous 2019 Newsnight interview with Prince Andrew and Emily Maitlis<\/a>.<\/p>\n The film is set to provide an \u201cinside account of the inner workings of the Palace and the BBC\u201d, with Rufus Sewell<\/a> starring as Prince Andrew and Gillian Anderson<\/a> as Maitlis.<\/p>\n According to the synopsis: \u201cInspired by real events, Scoop is the inside account of the tenacious journalism that landed an earth-shattering interview \u2013 Prince Andrew\u2019s infamous BBC Newsnight appearance.<\/p>\n \u201cFrom the tension of producer Sam McAlister\u2019s high-stakes negotiations with Buckingham Palace, all the way to Emily Maitlis\u2019s jaw-dropping, forensic showdown with the prince, Scoop takes us inside the story with the women who would stop at nothing to get it.<\/p>\n \u201cTo get an interview this big, you have to be bold.\u201d<\/p> Elsewhere on the sofa is Paul Rudd<\/a>, who spoke at length about his new role in Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire<\/a>.<\/p>\n When asked what it was like to shoot a movie on a set of such scale, Paul said: \u201cEnormous, to be involved in one of those productions is astounding, and this one was really unique because they built a thing called the volume, which is an LED screen around an entire soundstage.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Mel B and Leo Reich will also be guests on the show, with a special performance from Cat Burns at the end of the show.<\/p>\n\n
