In recent years, Mike Flanagan has made a name for himself as one of the most talented filmmakers currently working in the horror genre \u2013 and his latest work,\u00a0Midnight Mass<\/a>, is another brilliant addition to his back catalogue.<\/p>\n As with his previous projects, The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass is a limited series made for Netflix, and some fans might be wondering if there are any connections between the shows.<\/p>\n Read on for everything you need to know.<\/p>\n No, the only connection between the two shows is that they both fall within the horror genre and share a few actors in common. Like many directors, Flanagan has developed a reputation for using the same actors in multiple projects \u2013 and many of the names who play prominent roles in Midnight Mass previously appeared in either one or both of Hill House and Bly Manor.
