Capcom has provided fans with a Dragon\u2019s Dogma 2<\/a> roadmap, detailing a number of technological upgrades that will be released in upcoming updates.<\/p>\n

Essentially giving players a sneaky look at some incoming Dragon\u2019s Dogma 2 patch notes, this newly announced info makes for some interesting reading.<\/p>\n

One particularly exciting feature that\u2019s coming? The option to start a new game in Dragon\u2019s Dogma 2<\/a> without having to go to any drastic measures.<\/p>\n

Dragon\u2019s Dogma 2 roadmap: Patch notes revealed for updates<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Taking to the social media platform X<\/a> (formerly known as Twitter), Capcom has announced a number of \u201cplanned updates for Dragon\u2019s Dogma 2\u201d.<\/p>\n

Although Dragon\u2019s Dogma 2 is a single-player game, this document looks a lot like what fans of multiplayer live-service games would call a \u2018roadmap\u2019.<\/p>\n

Whatever you want to call it, below we\u2019ll detail everything that was promised by Capcom in this message online.<\/p>\n

Updates for All Platforms (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X\/S, Steam)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Adding the option to start a new game when save data already exists.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Changing the number of \u201cArt of Metamorphosis\u201d items available at Pawn Guilds in the game to 99.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Making the quest that allows players to acquire their own dwelling (where they can save and rest) available earlier in the game.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Miscellaneous text display fixes.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>

    Updates for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X\/S<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • Adding the option* to switch motion blur on\/off in Options.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Adding the option* to switch ray tracing on\/off in Options.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Adding the option to set frame rate to either Variable or Max 30fps in Options.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      * These options will not affect the frame rate significantly. Frame rate improvements are planned for future updates.<\/p>\n
