Let’s take a look at who’ll be joining Spider-Man on stage this spring. <\/p>
The star-crossed lovers are now complete as Jamie Lloyd\u2019s production of Romeo and Juliet has announced its full cast today.<\/p>\n
Tom Holland\u2019s Romeo will be joined by newcomer Francesca Amewudah-Rivers as Juliet in this upcoming run at the Duke of York\u2019s theatre.<\/p>\n
Also joining them is Doctor Who legend Freema Agyeman as the Nurse, who recently came off a theatre run in God of Carnage. Plus, Michael Balogun as Friar, Tomiwa Edun as Capulet, Mia Jerome as Montague, Daniel Quinn-Toye as Paris, Ray Sesay as Tybalt, Nima Taleghani as Benvolio, Joshua-Alexander Williams as Mercutio and Callum Heinrich and Kody Mortimer as Camera Operators.<\/p>\n
In the full cast announcement, Tom Holland, AKA Spider-Man, said: \u201cBeyond excited to announce our cast for Romeo and Juliet. I can\u2019t wait to get started and I know we\u2019ll create something really special together.\u201d<\/p>\n
While Amewudah-Rivers added: \u201cI\u2019m so grateful to be making my West End debut as Juliet with The Jamie Lloyd Company. It\u2019s a dream to be joining this team of incredible artists with Jamie at the helm. I\u2019m excited to bring a fresh energy to this story alongside Tom, and to welcome new audiences to the theatre.\u201d<\/p>\n
