Parker’s story is told in the first episode of the new Netflix docuseries. <\/p>
New docuseries Files of the Unexplained is now available to stream on Netflix<\/a>, with the episodes investigating a series of perplexing phenomena.<\/p>\n While later episodes focus on\u00a0bizarre disappearances and chilling cold cases amongst other stories, the first tells the story surrounding the Pascagoula Abduction.<\/p>\n The episode is dedicated to Calvin Parker, who played a key role within that story and was interviewed for the episodes before his passing.<\/p>\n Parker died on 24th August 2023, some time after being diagnosed with kidney cancer. It was reported that he was at home surrounded by loved ones, including his wife Waynette, when he died.<\/p>\n One episode of the new Netflix 8-part docuseries will feature the 1973 Pascagoula alien abduction.
