Horizon: An American Saga is making its debut at Cannes. <\/p>
While Kevin Costner<\/a> may currently be best known for his part in the hit Yellowstone<\/a> franchise, the actor and director is set to return to Cannes Film Festival<\/a> with his much-anticipated Western epic, Horizon: An American Saga.<\/p>\n Costner will be presenting the film on 19th May, with the first two chapters of the four-part saga set to be released on 28th June and 16th August.<\/p>\n On the announcement of his film\u2019s Cannes premiere, Costner said: \u201cI\u2019d like to thank the Festival de Cannes for including my film Horizon: An American Saga in this year\u2019s selection.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been 20 years since I\u2019ve had the pleasure of being on the Croisette. I\u2019ve been waiting for the right time to return and I\u2019m proud to say that this time has come.<\/p>\n \u201cHorizon: An American Saga is a story that began 35 years ago, and I can\u2019t think of a better place than Cannes to reveal to the world the result of such a wonderful adventure.<\/p>\n \u201cThe French have always supported films and believed deeply in filmmaking. Just as I believe deeply in my film.\u201d<\/p>\n As well as directing the new films, Costner will also star alongside Sienna Miller, Sam Worthington and Jena Malone, to name a few of the key figures in the extensive cast.<\/p>\n
